Veelo Technologies® Expands Business – New Facility, Hiring Talent

Effective November 1, 2018, Veelo Technologies® expanded its operations and is moving to a new manufacturing facility to support the company’s current and future growth.  The company’s product portfolio is experiencing new customer adoption for lightning strike protection, EMI shielding, and electro-thermal deicing on composite aircraft, and new heating solutions for composite repair and out-of-autoclave/out-of-oven composite manufacturing.

The company is in the process of moving into a new facility in Cincinnati, OH near GE Aviation’s Headquarters, and will be tripling its workforce in the next 12 months.

“It’s a privilege to be a part of a team that is impacting the sustainability and performance of modern composite aircraft, rotorcraft, unmanned vehicles, and other weapon systems.  The global aerospace and defense composite market has a tremendous growth trajectory, and we are excited to be a part of its future.  Our expansion is the result of delivering on our values --- intimate customer relationships, relentless focus, innovative skill, hustle, and execution.  We are proud of this moment, and ready to move forward with expanded capabilities, new capacity, and additional talent to support our customers,” said Joe Sprengard, CEO & Co-Founder.
